Clinical Program Manager

Job Description

Oversee and manage the Electrophysiology Clinical Training Program for the ReNewal Division. Manager the expectations and needs of program customers and field sales through the implementation of the programs. 

  • Create and implement marketing strategies to increase sales, while working closely with customers, clinicians, the Medline sales force, divisional Product Management teams and other internal resources. 
  • Manage the implementation of clinical programs for all customers, including coordinating and conducting customer implementation calls to review education, discuss outcomes management, coordinate trial kits and review steps for product trials, perform webinars, and address any additional customer concerns.
  • Assist in the development of Marketing Plans and Integrated Marketing Timelines. Create marketing collateral to support and grow the two programs. Develop marketing campaigns. 
  • Provide statistical analysis, individual account analysis, analysis of buying groups, bed size comparisons, outcomes trends, effectiveness of education implementation, life cycle analysis, program cost savings, education participation, lost business analysis and special divisional or marketing department requests as needed. Identify trends and assist in development of marketing strategies. 
  • Build working relationships with sales force, clinicians, Medline University staff, sales training and divisional product management to aide in the ongoing growth of program. 
  • Assist reps or customers with the resolution of program issues or concerns. Participate in sales meetings as requested.
  • Present programs to internal departments/divisions and customer audiences. Administer sales training.
  • Provide design input on the development of Medline University education for both customer/sales as requested.

Job Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree.
Relevant Work Experience
  • At least 1 year experience in clinical program outcomes and/or management
Additional
  • Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
  • Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
  • Experience with project and time management. 
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization. 
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Willing to travel up to 75% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 3 years experience in clinical electrophysiology
  • At least 1 year experience in clinical healthcare training and/or education

  • EP study experience on complex ablations, implants and structural heart procedures.

  • Proven knowledge on intracardiac mapping and current mapping systems on the market.

Relevant Work Experience
  • Product management, marketing or business experience.
  • Clinical background / previous healthcare experience.
