Job Description

Exciting opportunity in our ReNewal Division!!

  • Provide administrative and customer service support to customers and sales representatives.
  • Place orders, including phone, email and rush orders for both customers and representatives. 
  • Identify and determine why EDI invalids occur. Follow up with customers and or reps. Process the replacement order if necessary.
  • Manage backorder report for prime vendor accounts. Reroute as needed and according to customer and rep expectation while following standard reroute guidelines. Escalate when necessary to meet customer’s need. Help determine reason for any P1 backorders. Communicate with rep and/or customer to make DED adjustments. Re-initiate the DED as needed.
  • Submit Operation Service Issues as warranted. Investigate and process shortages/mispicks or damage freight. Submit Operation Service Issues and Credit requests. Research and submit quality issues. 
  • Monitor account manager blocks as they pertain to DSR accounts and resolve order blocking including such things as credit blocks, price delivery, EDI rounding etc.
  • Perform specialized customer service support for assigned account.

Job Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Relevant Work Experience
  • At least 1 year Medline CSR experience.
Additional
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).
  • Knowledge of Medline Customer Service Care processes and procedural guidelines including SAP screens directly and indirectly related to customer service.
