JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Director of Supply Chain Operations, the onsite operations manager is responsible for leading the implementation of supply chain management programs, policies, and strategies in support of all facilities in their assigned geographic region. This role will Lead, develop, and mentor supervisors through open communication, training and development opportunities, and performance management process
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
*Build and maintain overall employee morale and motivation across the accounts supported. Manage the overall performance review process and collaborate with the Director of Supply Chain Operations on ensuring that the teams are built with the right skillset and competencies to be successful.
*Ensure customer needs and expectations are met by ensuring product quality, inventory levels, and staff interactions are in-line with or exceed expectations.
*Conducts regular site visits (up to 75% of travel), and regular interaction with clients, SCO management, sales and on matters concerning review of current accounts, staffing levels, and account expansion.
*Work with Director of Supply Chain Operations on budgetary responsibility for the onsite programs and usually contributes to budgetary impact by regularly reviewing existing hospital contracts. Monitor expenses, identifies trends, and ensures operations are within budgetary guidelines.
*Recommend and implement new policies or modifications to existing policies and provide general guidelines and parameters for onsite supervisors and their direct reports. Monitor overall team metrics and evaluate level of service provided through established metrics.
*Build customer relationship and serve as the primary contact for responding to customer’s inquiries. Provide timely responses to service failures and customer concerns. Provide technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of regulatory guidelines and procedures in compliance with federal and state requirements.

Education
*Bachelor’s Degree
Relevant Work Experience
*At least 5 years of supply chain management experience from overall planning to execution of programs.
*At least 3 years of project management and supervisory experience
Additional
*Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
*Experience with dealing and negotiating with customers/vendors.
